混凝土收缩徐变作用下超长桥建合一结构温度效应的计算方法对比研究

摘要 为了研究混凝土收缩徐变和环境温差的共同作用对超长桥建合一铁路车站结构温度效应的影响,提出超限应力面积比作为衡量温度应力导致楼板开裂损伤的评价指标。利用ABAQUS软件建立铁路车站实体模型,分析在混凝土收缩徐变和环境温差共同作用下结构的应力状态。结果表明:考虑不同的混凝土收缩和徐变的计算方法,在外界环境温差降低的情况下,按TB 10002—2017《铁路桥涵设计规范》计算的结构梁、板应力最大,按GB 50010—2010《混凝土结构设计规范》、JTG 3362—2018《公路钢筋混凝土及预应力混凝土桥涵设计规范》和TB 10092—2017《铁路桥涵混凝土结构设计规范》计算的结构梁、楼板应力基本接近,其均值分别为TB 10002—2017相应计算值的49%、52%;按TB 10002—2017计算的超限应力面积比最大,按TB 10092—2017计算的超限应力面积比最小。 In order to study the influence of different concrete shrinkage and creep and environmental temperature difference on the temperature effect of the super-long bridge-building railway station structure,the over-limit stress area ratio is proposed as an evaluation index to measure the slab cracking damage caused by thermal stress.The physical model of railway station was established by ABAQUS software to analyze the stress state of the structure under the combined action of concrete shrinkage and creep and environmental temperature difference.The results show that considering the influence of concrete shrinkage and creep,under different environmental temperature drop,the stress values of structural beam and slab calculated by TB 10002—2017 Code for Design of Railway Bridges and Culverts are the largest,the stress values calculated by GB 50010—2010 Code for Design of Concrete Structures,JTG 3362—2018Specifications for Design of Highway Reinforced Concrete and Prestressed Concrete Bridges and Culverts,TB 10092—2017 Code for Design of Concrete Structures of Railway Bridge and Culvert are basically close,their average values are 49% and 52% of the corresponding calculated values of TB 10002—2017.The over-limit stress area ratio calculated according to TB 10002—2017 is the largest,and the over-limit stress area ratio calculated according to TB 10092—2017 is the smallest.
