毛细排水管排水性能试验与路基排水应用研究

摘要 传统排水管易堵塞,不能满足铁路路基水害整治措施长效要求。毛细排水管具备反滤和抗淤能力,可长期保持优良的排水效果,将其应用于路基水害整治值得探讨。测试不同毛细排水管的尺寸参数,开展虹吸排水量、覆土通水量和虹吸能力模拟试验,研究毛细排水管包裹层(透排水带)的集水槽宽度、排水孔径等关键参数对排水性能的影响,并应用于邯长线(邯郸—长治)试验段。结果表明:当透排水带排水孔径最大为1.123 mm,集水槽宽度最小为0.508 mm,隔断宽度最小为1.504 mm时,流速为3 L/min,虹吸排水高度20 cm;毛细排水管包裹层毛细排水孔形状对其毛细作用和排水量影响较大,毛细排水孔径越大,排水孔的排列越紧密,则排水性能越好。 The conventional drainage pipe was easy to be blocked,which could not meet the long-term requirements of the railway subgrade water hazard treatment measures.The capillary drainage pipe had the ability of filtration and antisilting,which could maintain good drainage effect for a long time.It was worth discussing to apply it to the treatment of subgrade water damage.In this paper,by testing the size parameters of different capillary drainage pipes,simulation tests were carried out on siphon drainage capacity,soil covering permeability and siphon capacity,and the influence of key parameters such as catch trough width and drain hole diameter of capillary drainage pipe covering layer(permeable drainage belt) on drainage performance was studied,and applied to test section of Handan-Changzhi Railway.The results show that when the maximum drain hole diameter of the permeable drainage belt is 1.123 mm,the minimum width of the catch trough is 0.508 mm,and the minimum partition width is 1.504 mm,the flow rate is 3.0 L/min,and the siphon drainage height is 20 cm.The shape of the capillary drainage hole in the capillary drainage pipe coating has a great influence on its capillary action and drainage capacity.The larger the capillary drainage hole is,the closer the drainage hole arrangement is,and the better the drainage performance is.
