摘要 介绍155R13LT半钢轻型载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径575.5 mm,断面宽154 mm,行驶面宽度110 mm,行驶面弧度高5.78 mm,胎圈着合直径328.2 mm,胎圈着合宽度127 mm,断面水平轴位置(H_(1)/H_(2))0.883 5,胎面采用3条曲折型主沟花纹设计,花纹深度8.2 mm,花纹饱和度75.41%,花纹周节数60。施工设计:胎面采用三方四块结构,带束层采用2层2+2×0.35HT钢丝帘线,胎体采用2层1440dtex/2聚酯纤维帘线,采用二次法成型机成型、双模液压热板式硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、高速性能和耐久性能均满足国家及企业标准要求。 The design on 155R13LT steel-belted light truck and bus radial tire was introduced.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 575.5 mm,cross-sectional width 154 mm,width of running surface 110 mm,arc height of running surface 5.78 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 328.2 mm,bead width at rim seat 127 mm,and maximum width position of cross–section (H_(1)/H_(2)) 0.883 5.The design of three main groove curves was adopted for the tread with a pattern depth of 8.2 mm,a block/total ratio of 75.41%,and a number of pattern pitches of 60.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:using three-formula and four-piece structure for the tread,two layers of 2+2×0.35HT steel cord for the belt,two layers of 1440dtex/2 polyester fiber cord for the carcass,and using two-stage building machine to build tires and double mold hydraulic hot plate vulcanizing machine to cure tires.The test results of the finished tire showed that,the inflated peripheral dimension,strength performance,high-speed performance and durability of the tires met the requirements of national and enterprise standards.
