摘要
研究2.5,2和1.5份粘合树脂用量对钢丝帘线粘合胶的胶料性能和钢丝帘线与粘合胶粘合性能的影响。结果表明:随着粘合树脂用量减小,钢丝帘线粘合胶的交联密度下降,硫化速度加快;胶料的邵尔A型硬度、定伸应力和拉伸强度呈减小趋势;老化前,随着粘合树脂用量减小,钢丝帘线与粘合胶的初始粘合力呈减小趋势,这与粘合树脂与亚甲基给予体形成三维网络减少有关;分别热老化和盐水老化7 d后,粘合树脂用量为2份的粘合胶与钢丝帘线的粘合力下降率最小。综合来看,粘合树脂用量为2份、粘合剂RA-65用量为4.1份时,粘合胶与钢丝帘线的粘合性能最佳。
The effects of the amount of adhesive resin,specifically,2.5,2 and 1.5 phr,on the properties of steel cord adhesive compound and the adhesion between the steel cord and the adhesive compound were studied.The results showed that,with the decrease of the amount of adhesive resin,the cross-linking density of the steel cord adhesive compound decreased,the curing speed increased and the Shore A hardness,modulus and tensile strength of the compound decreased.Before aging,as the amount of adhesive resin decreased,the initial adhesion between the steel cord and the adhesive compound decreased,which was related to the decrease in the three-dimensional network formed by the adhesive resin and the methylene donor.After 7 days of heat aging or saltwater aging,the adhesion reduction rate of the adhesive compound with 2 phr adhesive resin was the smallest.In conclusion,when the amount of adhesive resin was 2 phr and the amount of adhesive RA-65 was 4.1 phr,the adhesion between the adhesive compound and steel cord was the best.
