我国深海油气工程核心技术与装备国产化挑战及对策 被引量:4

摘要 为积极应对全球海洋工程市场的新形势,加快我国深海油气工程的发展,本文深入分析我国深海油气工程核心技术与装备国产化的现状,指出现阶段发展所面临的挑战,并给出了应对策略。在深海油气工程领域我国要积极开展智能化、数字化、电气化转型,研发新型的浮式生产装置与水下产品,重视核心设计总成与开放式创新。在关键技术与装备方面我国要围绕勘探、钻井、开发、生产、弃置五方面进行专项攻关。我国的深海油气工程开发,应锁定核心技术与装备国产化,走开放创新之路。 In order to actively respond to the new situation of the global offshore engineering market,accelerate the development of China’s deep-sea oil and gas engineering,this paper deeply analyzes the current situation of the localization of core technology and equipment of deep-sea oil and gas engineering in China,points out the challenges faced at the present stage,and puts forward the countermeasures.In the field of deep-sea oil and gas engineering,China should actively carry out the transformation of intelligence,digitization and electrification,develop new floating production devices and underwater products,and pay attention to core design assembly and open innovation.In terms of key technologies and equipment,China should focus on five aspects:exploration,drilling,development,production and disposal.China’s deep-sea oil and gas engineering development should focus on the localization of core technology and equipment and take the road of open innovation.
