资源整合矿井刷大旧巷及其支护技术浅析

摘要 山西古交西山义城煤业公司三采区集中运输巷利用整合前小煤窑皮带巷刷大后成巷。原小煤窑皮带巷采用小断面施工,一般毛宽×毛高为2.5 m×2 m,无支护,顶板破碎处加木点柱或套木棚支护,安全性极差,多处顶板已经局部垮落。根据矿井巷道设计要求,刷大后断面净宽×净高为4.6 m×3.6 m,支护形式为锚网索喷联合支护;在施工过程中,可根据顶板实际变化情况调整支护形式,以达到理想的支护效果。此项工程是利用整合前小煤窑皮带巷刷大后成巷快速掘进工程实例,可为刷大小煤窑旧巷成巷快速掘进及缩短施工工期提供借鉴。 Taking the third mining area of Shanxi Gujiao Xishan Yicheng Coal Industry Co.as an example,with poor safety of support and locally collapsed roofs,the belt roadway of the original small coal mine adopts small section construction,with general gross width and gross height being 2.5 m and 2 m respectively,no support and the broken roof is supported by wooden point column or wooden shed.After expanding roadway,the net width and the net height of the section are 4.6 m and 3.6 m respectively,the support form is anchor mesh cable shotcrete combined support,which can be adjusted according to the actual change of the roof to achieve the ideal support effect,and provides a reference for rapid tunneling and shortening the construction period of the old roadways.
