台头前湾煤矿沿空留巷小煤柱合理宽度分析 被引量:4

摘要 以台头前湾煤矿2S202-1综采面小煤柱沿空留巷为研究背景,采用理论计算得出合理的煤柱宽度为7.2 m;利用数值模拟软件分析了沿空留巷后不同煤柱宽度下的巷道围岩应力分布特征及塑性破坏区范围;结合现场实际生产条件,最终确定出小煤柱宽度为10 m;根据现场条件,拟定沿空留巷支护方案;应用表明,该煤柱宽度和支护方案下的巷道变形量小,满足矿井正常生产需求,取得了良好的经济效益。 Taking the small pillar gob side entry retaining in the 2S202-1 fully mechanized face of Taitou Qianwan Colliery as the research background,the paper theoretically calculates the reasonable width of coal pillar is 7.2 m,analyzes the stress distribution characteristics and the range of plastic failure zone of roadway surrounding rock under different pillar widths after gob side entry retaining by using numerical simulation software,and finally,determines the width of small coal pillar to be 10 m,and proposes the support scheme of gob side entry,whose application shows that the roadway deformation is small,can meet the normal production demand of the mine and obtain good economic benefits.
