摘要
以新元煤矿9110综采工作面的地质资料为背景,运用理论分析、现场监测等手段,对工作面回采过程中,区段煤柱帮锚杆的轴向受力特征进行了无损伤检测研究,得出结论如下:9110辅运巷、9110回风巷帮锚杆的轴向受力特征与超前支承压力的分布规律体现出了较好的一致性;9110回风巷区段煤柱受两次采动影响,煤柱体内塑性区发育,锚杆锚固端失效风险增大;为提高回采期间区段煤柱的稳定性需采取锚索配合钢筋梯子梁的补强支护措施,同时需要提高超前支护强度。
Taking the geological data of the 9110 fully mechanized working face of Xinyuan Colliery as background,the paper has a non-invasive detection analysis on the axial stress characteristics of the bolts in the section coal pillar wall in the mining process of the working face by means of theoretical analysis and on-site monitoring,whose conclusions are as following:The axial stress characteristics of 9110 auxiliary haulage roadway and 9110 return air roadway side bolts are in good agreement with the distribution law of advance bearing pressure,the coal pillar in the 9110 return air roadway section is affected by two mining operations,the plastic zone in the coal pillar is developed,and the failure risk of the anchor bolt end is increased,supplement support measures of anchor cable and steel ladder beam shall be taken,and the advance support strength shall be improved to improve the stability of section coal pillar during mining.
