摘要
申南凹矿8^(#)煤层回采巷道以往采用单体柱进行超前支护,一定程度上制约了工作面的回采效率。以20108回风顺槽为工程实例,分析探讨锚索超前支护技术;综合运用理论计算、数值模拟等手段,确定超前支承压力峰值和影响范围;分析结果为超前支护范围不小于20 m、锚索最佳长度5.3 m、锚索“212”布置。20108回风顺槽应用新的超前支护技术后表明,超前应力影响区巷道表面变形量在合理范围内,锚索承载性能良好,支护效果显著。
The mining roadway of No.8 coal seam in Shennanao Colliery used to use single pillar for advance support,which restricted the mining efficiency of the working face to a certain extent.Taking 20108 return air entry as the engineering example,firstly,the author analyzes and discusses the anchor cable advance support technology,whose application shows that the deformation of the roadway surface in the advanced stress affected area is within a reasonable range,the bearing capacity of the anchor cable is good,and the support effect is remarkable.Secondly,the author determines the peak value and influence range of advance abutment pressure by comprehensive use of theoretical calculation,numerical simulation and other means,whose results are that the advance support range is not less than 20 m,the optimal length of anchor cable is 5.3 m,and the anchor cable arrangement is "212".
