摘要 西山矿区普遍缺少主采煤层顶板“两带”实测数据,仅套用《煤矿安全规程》中的经验公式作为防治水评价及设计计算的依据,与实际情况存在较大偏差,数据不可靠。为形成本区实用性强的煤层顶板“两带”计算的经验公式,通过收集矿区多个矿井相关资料,得到其冒落带、导水裂隙带的理论计算值和实测值,应用MATLAB软件对实测值分析得到冒落带、导水裂隙带高度的回归方程,以马兰矿18301工作面为例,给出其理论计算公式,设计井下仰孔压水试验探测方案。采用该方程计算可使冒落带精度提高3.26 m,导水裂隙带高度的精度提高3.80 m,对西山矿区各矿井有效预测、防治顶板水害隐患具有重要意义。 Due to the unreliable data obtained from the empirical formula in the existing regulations,Xishan mining area generally lacks the measured data of the "two zones" of the roof of the main coal seam,in order to form an empirical formula for the calculation of the "two zones" of the coal seam roof with strong practicability in this area,the paper obtains the theoretical calculation values and measured values of the caving zone and water conducting fracture zone by collecting the relevant data of several mines in the mining area,obtains the regression equation of the height of the caving zone and the water flowing fracture zone by analyzing the measured values with MATLAB software,and designs the underground water pressure test detection scheme for 18301 working face of Malan Colliery,which can improve the accuracy of the caving zone by 3.26 m and the accuracy of the height of the water flowing fracture zone by 3.80 m,and is of great significance for the effective prediction and prevention of the hidden danger of roof water hazards in the mines of Xishan mining area.
