综采面大直径高位抽采瓦斯钻孔布置优化 被引量:5

摘要 针对伯方煤矿3307采煤工作面在回采前期利用普通高位钻孔抽采采空区瓦斯时存在高位钻孔抽采流量小、瓦斯浓度低、抽采效果不达标的问题,为保证工作面瓦斯抽采质量,改用大直径高位钻孔抽采采空区瓦斯,根据采空区“三带”分布情况,对高位抽采钻孔布置方式、布置参数进行优化,优化后现场实践结果表明:单孔抽采浓度提升50%~80%,回风隅角瓦斯浓度下降至0.2%左右,抽采效果良好。 Aiming at the problems of small extraction flow of high-level borehole,low gas concentration and substandard drainage effect during extracting goaf gas with ordinary high-level borehole at 3307 coal mining face of Bofang Colliery,the authors propose the goaf gas extraction with large-diameter high-level borehole by optimizing the layout mode and parameter of highlevel borehole according to the distribution of the “three belts” in the goaf,which can increase the single hole extraction concentration by 50%~80% and reduce the gas concentration in the return corner to about 0.2% with good extraction effect.
