摘要
针对综放工作面初采期瓦斯超限问题,以瑞龙煤矿15023、15024工作面为背景,统计分析了综放工作面初采期瓦斯涌出特征,并现场试验了“高抽巷钻孔抽采与切顶卸压”瓦斯治理技术:(1)15023工作面初采瓦斯超限期间,瓦斯涌出来源中本煤层瓦斯含量占比约为35%,采空区瓦斯含量占比约为65%,采空区瓦斯是工作面回风瓦斯超限的主要来源。(2)工作面来压时瓦斯相对涌出量是来压前的1.96倍,初次顶板来压造成工作面瓦斯涌出不均衡。(3)采用高抽巷钻孔抽采与切顶卸压技术对15024工作面初采瓦斯进行治理,设计了高抽巷位置、抽采钻孔、爆破切顶卸压钻孔等参数,现场实施结果表明,该措施起到了较好的瓦斯治理效果。
Aiming at the problem of gas overrun in the initial mining period of fully-mechanized caving face at 15023 and 15024working face of Ruilong Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,the author statistically analyzes the gas emission characteristics in the initial mining period of fully mechanized caving face,and proposes the gas control technology of “ borehole drainage and roof cutting and pressure relief at high-level suction roadway” firstly,during the initial mining gas overrun period at 15023 working face,the gas content of this coal seam accounts for about 35%,and the goaf about 65% the main source of gas overrun;secondly,the relative emission of gas is 1.96 times during weighting at working face as much as before the weighting and the first roof weighting causes uneven gas emission at the working face,whose field implementation results prove a good gas control with parameters design of high-level suction roadway position,drainage borehole and blasting roof cutting pressure relief borehole in initial mining at 15024 working face.
