摘要
为确定北辛窑煤矿特厚煤层采煤方法及设备选型,本文首先对厚煤层的开采方法进行了对比分析,并结合煤层与顶底板的岩性特征,确定了采用综采放顶煤的开采方法。根据北辛窑煤矿8405工作面的实际开采情况,并结合相关理论计算了综放工作面滚筒采煤机、刮板输送机、液压支架的相关参数,给出了具体的设备型号。最终通过现场开采效果证明:8405工作面设备选型合理,能够满足安全高效生产的需求,同时采出率也大幅提高。此研究为相类似的特厚煤层工作面开采设备的选型提供了一定的借鉴意义。
In order to determine the coal mining method and equipment selection in extra-thick coal seam in Beixinyao Colliery,the paper determines the application of fully-mechanized top coal caving mining at 8405 working face by comparative analysis of the mining methods in thick coal seam and combination with the synergistic effect of coal seam and roof and floor,and proposes the specific equipment model according to the parameter calculation of drum shearer,scraper conveyor and hydraulic support through relevant theories,whose on-site mining effect shows that the reasonably selected equipment can meet the needs of safe and efficient production,greatly improve the recovery rate and provide a certain reference for the mining equipment selection in similar working faces with ultra-thick coal seam.
