东曲选煤厂主洗车间清水利用方案优化与实践

Scheme Optimization and Practice of Clear Water Utilization in Main Preparation Workshop of Dongqu Coal Preparation Plant

针对东曲选煤厂主洗车间清水消耗量大的问题,分析目前主洗车间清水利用现状后提出制度优化、清洗机优化、滤液水优化、积煤积水区域优化四个清水利用优化方案。东曲选煤厂主洗车间实施清水利用优化方案后,经过30天实际应用发现,单位清水耗量可降至0.006 1 m~3/T原煤,同时提升了主洗车间管理水平和作业效率,经济、社会效益明显。

Aiming at the large consumption of clear water in Dongqu Coal Preparation Plant,the author proposes the optimization scheme of system,cleaning machine,filtrate and accumulated coal and water zone by analysis of the current situation of clear water utilization in main preparation workshop,whose 30-day practical application shows that it can reduce the unit clear water consumption to 0.006 1 m~3/T,and improve the management level and operating efficiency of main preparation workshop with remarkable economic and social benefits.
