SABRE系统振动分析前后处理软件的设计与实现

Design and Implementation of Pre-processing and Post-processing Software for Vibration Analysis of SABRE System

针对国产大型CAE软件SABRE系统振动分析求解功能对基于图形交互的前置建模与后置求解结果数据的可视化需求,基于模块化的程序设计思想设计并实现了SABRE振动分析前后处理软件。软件兼容性方面,设计了适配频响分析与随机响应分析的数据结构,并通过函数重载解决了振动分析前后处理软件与SABRE基础平台的数据兼容性与接口兼容性问题;界面设计方面,基于Qt实现了满足振动分析流程需求的图形交互前后处理界面;数据可视化方面,以三角形网格为基础生成等值线,建立了物理场量值与颜色的对应关系,实现了后处理数据的云图可视化,并基于QWT实现了数据的曲线可视化。

Aiming at the visualization requirements of the vibration analysis and solving function of domestic large-scale CAE software SABRE system for the data visualization of the pre-modeling and post-solving results based on graphical interaction,the software for the pre-and post-processing of SABRE vibration analysis was designed and implemented based on the modular programming idea.In terms of software compatibility,the data structure adapted to frequency response analysis and random response analysis was designed,and the problem of data compatibility and interface compatibility between the software before and after vibration analysis and SABRE foundation platform was solved by function overload.In terms of interface design,a graphical interactive before and after processing interface is implemented based on Qt to meet the requirements of vibration analysis process.In terms of data visualization,contour lines are generated based on triangular mesh,the corresponding relationship between physical field value and color is established,the cloud image visualization of post-processing data is realized,and the curve visualization of data is realized based on QWT.
