摘要
应用验证工作是国产元器件研制和上装的中间环节,目的是提前暴露相关器件固有缺陷。针对FT-2000A/2处理器板卡级应用验证,提出一种验证电路设计方案,对其基本运算能力、上电复位时序、DDR存储接口、IO接口和软硬件适配等功性能指标进行验证。验证方案对FT-2000A/2 CPU基本运算能力、电源拉偏及上电时序、DDR存储接口、IO接口和软硬件适配进行了验证,对开展国产高性能处理器验证工作具有一定借鉴意义。
Application verification is an intermediate step in the development and installation of domestic components,aiming to expose the inherent defects of related components in advance.Aiming at the board level application verification of FT-2000A/2 processor,a verification circuit design scheme was proposed to verify its basic computing power,power-on reset timing,DDR storage interface,IO interface and hardware and software adaptation and other power performance indicators.The verification scheme verifies the FT-2000A/2 CPU′s basic computing capability,power pull-off and power-on timing,DDR storage interface,I/O interface,and hardware and software adaptation,which provides a certain reference for the verification of domestic high-performance processors.
