统型处理器接口中CAN总线通讯故障的分析与诊断测量

摘要 机载航空电子系统设备高度集成,故障模式复杂多样,定位难度大。为了快速准确定位机载系统中统型模块CAN总线类通讯故障,利用故障树分析法,对CAN总线通讯的电路设计、印制板布线、供电、控制器、驱动器、收发器逐一分析和测试验证,固化统型处理器接口电路中CAN统型故障诊断方法。结果表明,方法能够快速准确定位芯片级故障,提高了系统维护性。 The airborne avionics system is highly integrated.The fault modes are complex and diverse.And the positioning is difficult.In order to locate the communication faults of CAN bus in the airborne system,which is quickly and accurately.The fault tree analysis method is generally used to analyze and test the circuit design,PCB wiring,power supply,controller,driver and transceiver of CAN bus communication one by one,and to solidify the CAN system fault diagnosis method in the interface circuit of the system processor.The results show that the analysis and diagnosis method can quickly and accurately locate chip level faults.Itcan improve system maintenance.
