摘要
飞推综合控制系统由于其复杂性,需要建立可靠的测试系统与测试方法才能有效地对控制器进行验证,从而降低其试验风险及开销。系统以飞推综合电子控制器为验证对象,以PXI设备和VeriStand为主框架的接口模拟系统软硬件架构,通过模拟飞推系统的软硬件在Veristand的集成及软硬件模型多频率执行,实现了模拟飞推系统的输入输出信号高精度高实时性的接口模拟系统,搭建了飞推综合控制器硬件在回路测试平台。
Due to its complexity,the integrated flight/propulsion control of engines and aircraft needs to establish a reliable test system and test method to effectively verify the controller,thereby reducing its test risk and overhead.Taking the aircraft engine integrated electronic controller as the verification object,and the PXI equipment and VeriStand as the main framework of the interface simulation system software and hardware architecture,by simulating the integration of the software and hardware of the aircraft system in Veristand and the multi-frequency execution of the software and hardware model.A high-precision,high-real-time interface simulation system that simulates the input and output signals of the aircraft engine system,and builds a comprehensive controller hardware in-loop test platform.
