摘要
聚焦特殊教育教师信息化教学能力的培养,界定了核心概念与内涵,分析了主要影响因素。对北京市17区县23所特殊教育学校教师信息化教学能力发展状况进行调查,从信息技术素养、教学支持、学习支持和教师专业发展支持四方面分析了教师的信息化教学能力表现、学校的数字化无障碍学习环境建设、政策支持状况和教师信息化教学培训需求等。提出了特殊教育教师信息化教学能力提升策略,包括加大特殊教育学校数字化无障碍学习环境建设投入;优化“线上线下融合”的教师信息化教学培训网络;完善“职前—职后”一体化的教师培养体系等。
The paper focuses on the cultivation of special education teachers’ information teaching ability. On the basis of previous research, it defines the core concept and connotation, and analyzes the main influencing factors. A survey on the development of teachers’ ICT ability was conducted in 23 special education schools in 17 districts and counties of Beijing. From four aspects of information technology literacy, teaching support, learning support and teachers’ professional development support, this paper analyzes teachers’ ICT ability, as well as the construction of digital barrier free learning environment, policy support and teachers’ information based teaching training needs. The strategies to improve the ICT ability of special education teachers are given, including: increasing the investment in the construction of digital barrier free learning environment in special education schools, optimizing the "online offline integration" teacher information teaching training network, improving the "pre service post service" integrated teacher training system, etc.
