中国创制新烟碱类杀虫剂的研究与开发进展

摘要 新烟碱类杀虫剂源于对烟碱及其类似物的研究,至今已有吡虫啉、烯啶虫胺、啶虫脒和三氟苯嘧啶等10多个品种得以成功开发和应用。以已有专利为基础进行深入的筛选开发,或以已有品种为先导化合物进行创制研究,中国研究机构研发出了多个新烟碱类杀虫剂新品种。从化学合成、作用机制、生物活性、安全性和应用开发等方面对中国创制新烟碱类杀虫剂的研究开发进展进行总结,旨在进一步推动其产业化和应用,为农药可持续发展提供基础。 Neonicotinoid insecticides originate from the study of nicotine and its analogues. To date, more than dozens of neonicotinoid insecticides, such as imidacloprid, nitenpyram, acetamiprid and triflumezopyrim have been successfully developed and applied. Through in-depth screening and development on the basis of existing patents, or discovery research with existing product as lead compounds, Chinese scientific research institutions have developed several new neonicotinoid insecticides. The advance on the research and development of China-innovated neonicotinoid insecticides was reviewed from the aspects of chemical synthesis, mechanism of action, biological activity, safety and application development in order to further promote their industrialization and application, and provide a basis for the sustainable development of pesticides.
