摘要
基于非期望产出的超效率SBM模型,对2012—2018年中国30个省区市的绿色物流效率进行测度,并将测度结果用于模糊集定性比较分析(fsQCA)。研究发现,中国近年绿色物流效率呈现“W”型波动态势,东部效率最高,中部其次,西部最差,上海、河北和安徽是绿色物流高效率地区。全国视角下绿色物流高效率组态形式有6种,依据变量的组合形式分为技术经济型、产业主导型、政府干预型和全面型高效率路径。从区域视角下组态路径探索中发现,东部地区高效率源自经济环境的富足和良好的技术创新环境,中部地区得益于优质的产业环境和技术环境。此研究为绿色物流定量评价提供了新的视角,研究结论可为区域绿色物流高效率发展提供支持性证据,为中国绿色物流实践提供有益启示。
Using the super-efficiency SBM model based on undesired output,the green logistics efficiency of 30 provinces and cities in China from 2012 to 2018 was measured,and the measurement results were used for fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA).The results show that the efficiency of green logistics in China presents a“W”fluctuation trend in recent years,with the highest efficiency in the East,the second in the middle and the worst in the West.Shanghai,Hebei and Anhui are the regions with high efficiency of green logistics.From the national perspective,there are six configuration forms of high efficiency development of green logistics.According to the configuration forms of variables,there are four high efficiency paths:technology economy,industry leading,government intervention and comprehensive type.In the exploration of configuration path from the regional perspective,it is found that the reason for the high efficiency of the eastern region comes from the rich economic environment and good technological innovation environment,while the central region benefits from its high-quality industrial environment and technological environment.This study provides a new perspective for the quantitative research and evaluation of green logistics.The research conclusions provide supporting evidence for the regional realization of green logistics efficiency,and provide beneficial enlightenment for China's green logistics practice.
