摘要
为落实立德树人根本任务,提高大学生社会适应能力,高校应重视大学生健全人格的培养。人格教育需融合运用人本主义与建构主义理论,从价值观和方法论角度实现学生人格培养的“情理兼修”。高校应以学生为中心,建构适应学生异质性、由学生内在需求驱动的多层次人格教育体系,建构有趣的人格教育情境,提升人格教育课程吸引力,增强人格教育效果。
In order to carry out the fundamental task of morality education,and enhance students'ability to adapt to the society,colleges and universities should pay more attention to the cultivation of college students'sound personality.It is necessary to combine humanism and constructivism theory in personality education to realize the"cultivation of both emotion and reason"of students'personality from the perspective of values and methodology.Colleges and universities should take students as the center,construct a multi-level personality education system that adapts to the heterogeneity of students and is driven by the intrinsic needs of students,construct interesting situations of personality education,enhance the attraction of personality education courses and improve the effect of personality education.
