摘要
未来智能化战争需要C4ISR系统具备敏捷构建的能力。探讨基于资源能力“开放解聚与按需聚合”的开放式架构设计机理,建立资源能力表征模型,定义资源能力元要素和能力度量标准,提出开放式系统架构设计过程,阐述作战节点的资源能力量化配置方法、资源协作流程和资源控制结构的设计方法,支撑面向任务的资源组合运用和系统快速构建。最后,以典型案例验证架构设计方法对C4ISR系统构建的指导作用。
The C4ISR system needs the capability of agile construction in the future intelligent war.The open architecture design mechanism based on “open disaggregation and on-demand aggregation”of resource capabilities is discussed. The resource capability representation model is established. The resource capability meta-elements and the capability measurement criteria are defined. The open system architecture design process is proposed,including the quantitative configuration method of the resource capability on the combat nodes,the resource collaboration process,and the resource control structure design method. The open architecture design method can support the task-oriented resource combination implementation and rapid system construction. Finally,a typical case is used to verify the guiding effect of the architecture design method on the construction of the C4ISR system.
