摘要
火箭军是我军重要的战略支撑,是敌核生化打击的重点目标,面临的核生化威胁尤为突出。加强导弹旅核生化整体防护能力的一个重要抓手,就是对核生化整体防护能力进行评估。采用德尔菲法建立了导弹旅核生化整体防护能力指标体系,针对导弹旅核生化整体防护能力的特点和要求,提出复合FAHP评估模型,并对某导弹旅的核生化整体防护能力进行了评估,得出的评估结果客观准确,证明了此方法的实用性和有效性。
PLA Rocket Force is an important strategic support for our army and the key target of the enemy’s NBC(nuclear,biologicaland chemical)attack. The NBC threat is particularly prominent.An important way to strengthen the overall NBC protection capacity of the missile brigade is to evaluate its overall NBC protection capacity. The Delphi method is used to establish the index system of the overall NBC protection capacity of the missile brigade. According to the characteristics and requirements of the overall NBC protection capacity of the missile brigade,a compound FAHP(Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process)evaluation model is proposed,and the overall NBC protection capacity of a missile brigade is evaluated. The evaluation results are objective and accurate,which proves the practicability and effectiveness of this method.
