“五育并举”背景下高校学生学风建设路径探析

“五育并举”是新时代高等教育的育人导向,学风建设是高校培养高素质人才的根本保证。“五育并举”与学风建设协同、贯通、融合是促进大学生全面发展的重要途径。当前,“五育并举”时代背景下高校学风建设存在价值导向不足、协同联动不够、整体性不高、系统性不强等问题。高校要紧紧围绕立德树人根本任务,将“五育并举”教育理念贯穿学风建设全过程,创新学风建设工作思路与方法,积极探索学风建设路径,构建多领域、多环节、多层级的学风建设体系,促进学生德智体美劳全面发展。

“All-Embracing Education”is the educational orientation of higher education in the new era,and the construction of study style is the fundamental guarantee for colleges and universities to cultivate high-quality talents.The synergy,penetration and integration of“All-Embracing Education”and the construction of academic style is an important way to promote the all-round development of college students.At present,under the background of“All-Embracing Education”,there exist problems such as insufficient value orientation,inadequate synergy,low integrity,and weak systematicness.Colleges and universities should focus on the fundamental task of cultivating virtue and cultivating people,run the educational concept of“All-Embracing Education”throughout the whole process of learning style construction,innovate the ideas and methods of study style construction,actively explore the path of study style construction,build a multi-field,multi-link and multi-level study style construction system,and promote the all-round development of students’moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor development.
