摘要
对设计的一种舌阀密封结构进行接触问题的有限元分析,以验证设计的合理性。采用超弹性接触类问题的有限元求解法,包括模型的简化、橡胶材料参数的确定、接触参数确定和边界条件与载荷的施加,可以直观研究阀门密封结构在外部载荷作用下,发生的变形情况和应力分布,根据分析结果对舌阀密封结构进行优化设计。
Using finite element analysis, the contact problem of a flap valve sealing structure is carried out to verify the rationality of the design. The finite element analysis of hyperelastic contact problems is adopted, including the simplification of the model, the determination of rubber material parameters, the determination of contact parameters and the application of boundary conditions and loads.The research indicated that we can directly study the deformation and stress distribution of valve sealing structure under external load, according to the analysis results, the sealing structure of flap valve is optimized..
