摘要
全面地剖析和梳理工厂报警系统以及全部报警设置,针对项目建设阶段设置的大量报警点,探究未报警点设置的合理性,并对滋扰报警、无效报警和重复报警等严重干扰操作人员的报警点做出正确判断和合理处置,并做报警归档和合理化分析,确认报警点设置与工厂报警规范相一致,并通过ISA18.2的指导进一步优化报警点的设置,归档报警的设定值、报警原因、后果、处理措施,生成主报警数据库。着重介绍报警归档和合理化分析工作流程,探讨工厂开展报警管理系统归档和合理化分析的科学方法。
Comprehensively analyzing and sorting out the factory alarm system and alarming settings, focusing on lots of alarming points set during the project constructing, the rationality of non-alarm settings point is explored. Correct judgement and reasonable treatment are conducted for those alarming points that disturb the operators seriously, such as nuisance alarms, invalid alarms and repeated alarms. All alarm settings in the factory are systematically sorted out, and followed with alarm documentation and rationalization analysis, it is confirmed that the alarming points setting are in line with the factory alarming specification. Under the guidance of ISA18.2, the setting of alarming point is further optimized, and documenting alarming setting value, reason, consequence, countermeasures, and generating main alarming database. The introduction of alarm documentation and rationalization analysis workflow are emphasized. The scientific method for factory developing alarming management system documentation and rationalization analysis is discussed.
