摘要
针对安全仪表系统(SIS)周期性测试,介绍了国内的相关规范、安全监管文件,以及国外标准IEC61511,ISA 84.00.03对SIS周期性测试的要求,分别阐述了SIS的预测性维护,控制室和机柜间环境、系统的接地、工程师站(操作员站等)硬件等的检验和测试,列举了AI卡件精度、现场仪表阀门等在线和离线检验测试,以及SIF回路的测试内容和方法,总结了SIS周期性测试存在的问题。
Aiming at periodic test for safety instrumented system(SIS), the requirements of domestic relevant specifications, safety supervision documents and the requirement for SIS periodic test in IEC 61511 and ISA 84.00.03 are introduced. Predictive maintenance, the test of the environment of the control room and the cabinet room, the grounding of the system, the hardware of the engineer station(operator station), and so on are introduced respectively, and the AI card accuracy, the on-line and off-line of the field instrument valve, and the test content and method of SIF loop are listed. The existing problems of SIS periodic test are summarized.
