摘要 伴随着如火如荼的智能工厂建设浪潮,石油和化工行业在智能工厂各个环节虽然取得了一定的理论创新与实践成果,但也存在很多缺陷。详细分析了智能工厂的概念,介绍了国内智能工厂在设计阶段、施工建设阶段、运维阶段的实施概况,针对智能工厂建设过程面临的问题,结合相关理论和技术,提出了解决智能工厂建设过程问题的合理化建议。 In response to the booming intelligent factory construction wave, although the petroleum and chemical industries have achieved some theoretical innovation and practical results in every link of intelligent factory, there are also many defects. The concept of intelligent factory is analyzed in detail. The implementation overview of the domestic intelligent factory in the design stage, construction stage, operation and maintenance stage are introduced. Aiming at the problems faced by the intelligent factory construction process, combined with relevant theories and technologies, reasonable suggestions are put forward to solve the problems of the intelligent factory construction process.
