摘要
二甲醚作为一种重要的工业原料,其产品质量的测量对生产的统计分析非常重要。针对二甲醚易挥发,且温度、压力对其密度影响较大,造成无法实时获取密度的问题,通过采用雷达液位计测量液位,电子远传差压液位计测量差压值相结合方式,实时计算二甲醚的密度,对于气相二甲醚采用最小二乘法计算出近似密度,并获取其质量。改进后的测量方式为生产系统的业务核算及生产运行提供了依据。
As an important industrial raw material, the measurement of dimethyl ether product quality is extremely important for the production statistical analysis. Aiming at the problem of its density cannot be obtained in real time due to its high volatility and great influence from temperature and pressure, the density of dimethyl ether is calculated in real time by combining the radar level gauge to measure the liquid level and the electronic remote level gauge to measure the differential pressure. For gaseous dimethyl ether, the approximate density is calculated by the least square method and its mass is obtained. The improved measurement method provides a basis for business accounting and production operation of the production system.
