摘要
LNG接收站埋地管道因材质特殊,在施工过程中及投产运营后易产生管道内外部的腐蚀及破坏,随使用时间增长易产生管道腐蚀缺陷等问题。本文以LNG接收站埋地管道为背景,提出基于有限元分析的管道极限内压评估方法,并通过对工程实例管材进行管道腐蚀的有限元分析,综合分析比较各种内外腐蚀形态,提出管道腐蚀缺陷分析方法及主要影响因素。
Due to the special material of the buried pipeline in LNG terminal,it is easy to cause pipeline damage during construction,and pipeline corrosion and other defects are easy to occur with the increase of service time.Taking the pipeline of LNG terminal with corrosion defects as the background,this paper puts forward the pipeline limit internal pressure evaluation method based on finite element analysis.Through the numerical simulation of the real corroded pipeline,a large number of numerical calculation and analysis are carried out by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS,the comprehensive comparison is made,and the pipeline corrosion defect analysis method and main parameters are put forward.
