近年来,国内经济飞速发展,石化能源的需求数量在与日俱增,石油企业为了满足自身的发展要求会建立各种不同类型的石油储罐,五万立方米以上储罐建立数量也在快速增加。石油企业逐渐认识到了EPC项目管理模式具备的优势,石油储运企业在项目开展时,使用EPC管理模式能保证施工项目的快速进行。本文阐述了大型储罐工程EPC项目管理策略。

In recent years,with the rapid development of domestic economy,the demand for petrochemical energy is increasing day by day.In order to meet their own development requirements,oil enterprises will establish various types of oil storage tanks,and the number of storage tanks with more than 50000 cubic meters is also increasing rapidly.Petroleum enterprises have gradually realized the advantages of EPC project management mode.When petroleum storage and transportation enterprises carry out the project,using EPC management mode can ensure the rapid progress of construction project.This paper expounds the EPC project management strategy of large storage tank project.
