多路阀稳态液动力的仿真与试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 液动力是影响液压多路阀性能的关键因素之一,为了研究稳态液动力的影响因素,基于STAR CCM+流体仿真软件建立仿真模型,分析流量、阀芯旋转角度这两个因素对液动力的影响,并用汽车起重机上某型号的多路阀对仿真结果进行试验验证。仿真与试验的结果基本一致,均表明:在流量饱和时,流量越大,稳态液动力越大;在流量不饱和时,流量越大而稳态液动力变小;阀芯旋转角度为90°和0°时,稳态液动力分别为最大和最小。所进行的研究工作对于多路阀设计优化提供了依据。 Flow force is one of the key factor affecting the performance of the multi-way valve.In order to research the interfering factors of steady-state flow force,the simulation model is built based on the fluid simulation software of STAR CCM+,the influence of the flow rate and spool angle are analysed,and the simulation results are verified by experiments used a multi-way valve of truck crane.The results of simulation and test are basically consistent,which showed:the steady-state flow force is larger along with the flow rate s increasing at the flow saturation state,but it is reduced along with the flow rate s increasing at the flow non-saturation state;the steady-state flow force is maximum when the spool angle is 90°,and it is minimum when the spool angle is 0°.The research provides foundation for optimum design of the multi-way valve.
