摘要
该文对比例阀滞环、颤震与PWM驱动进行了研究。比例阀滞环的存在会降低开环控制系统的重复精度,开环控制比例阀在线圈驱动电流上叠加颤振改善滞环,放大器颤振频率调整范围是50~450 Hz。这个频率范围涵盖了绝大多数开环比例阀的最佳PWM寄生颤振频率,一般来说,更低的颤振频率可以得到更小的流量曲线滞环。
The hysteresis,chatter and PWM drive of proportional valve are studied in this paper.The existence of the hysteresis of the proportional valve will reduce the repetition accuracy of the open-loop control system.The flutter of the open-loop control proportional valve is superimposed on the coil drive current to improve the hysteresis.The flutter frequency adjustment range of the amplifier is 50~450 Hz.This frequency range covers the best PWM parasitic flutter frequency for most open-loop proportional valves.In general,lower flutter frequency results in smaller flow curve hysteresis.
