创新生态系统中产学研互动价值共创博弈研究

Research on value co-creation game of enterprise-university-institute interaction in innovation ecosystem

创新生态系统中各类成员之间存在着相互联系、相互渗透的依存关系。考虑政府的政策扶持以及科技中介机构的创新服务作用,基于创新生态系统中创新型企业、高校、科研院所间互动关系,构建价值共创演化博弈模型,探讨各主体演化过程中策略选择情况及共同作用下博弈系统稳定均衡情况,并通过仿真探讨价值共创过程中策略选择的影响因素。结果表明:成员间价值共创参与意愿相互制约;产学研双方受合作创新收益和分配、选择合作研发付出的成本、向科技中介机构支付的中介费用以及政府的奖惩力度影响;相比学研方,企业方对创新收益、合作成本、中介费用、惩罚力度更加敏感。基于此,针对创新激励机制、合作创新成本、政策环境等提出建议。

In the innovation ecosystem,all kinds of members are interrelated and interdependent.Considering the policy support of the government and the innovation service role of science and technology intermediaries,based on the interactive relationship among innovative enterprises,universities and scientific research institutes in the innovation ecosystem,the value co-creation evolutionary game model is constructed.The strategic choices are discussed of each subject in the evolution process and the stable equilibrium of the game system under the joint action,and the influencing factors are discussed about the strategy selection in the process of value co-creation by simulation.The results show that the willingness to participate in value co-creation among members restricts each other;both enterprise and university and research institute are affected by the income and distribution of cooperative innovation,the cost of choosing cooperative R&D,the intermediary fees paid to science and technology intermediaries,and the reward and punishment of the government;the enterprise is more sensitive to innovation income,cooperation cost,intermediary cost and punishment intensity than the university and research institute.Suggestions are put forward accordingly for innovation incentive mechanism,cooperation innovation cost and policy environment.
