公共服务满意度影响因素的城乡差异分析

Analysis on differences between urban and rural areas of influencing factors of public service satisfaction

公共服务满意度及其影响因素对于提升政府工作质量、促进经济社会发展具有重大意义。基于2015年中国综合社会调查数据(CGSS)样本,从供给需求双重维度,探索城市和乡村不同群体公民个人特征层面、社会心理感知层面、政府供给质量层面的公共服务满意度影响因素。运用有序Logistic回归分析发现,公民家庭经济水平、居民社会事务参与、社会幸福感、社会信任、公共服务资源的充足性和均衡性能够有效促进居民对政府服务满意度的提升,政治面貌对农村居民影响显著,对城市居民没有明显影响。其中,家庭经济水平对农村居民影响更加显著,居民政治参与对城市居民影响更加显著。因此,强化政府服务意识、增加居民政治参与途径、提供更加充足均衡的公共服务资源有利于政府公共服务建设。

Public service satisfaction and its influencing factors are of great significance for improving the quality of government work and promoting economic and social development.Based on the data samples of Chinese General Social Survey(CGSS)in 2015,from the dual dimensions of supply and demand,the influencing factors of public service satisfaction are explored at the levels of individual characteristics,social psychological perception and government supply quality of citizens from different groups in urban and rural areas.The orderly Logistic regression analysis shows that the citizens’family economic level,residents’participation in social affairs,social well-being,social trust,and the adequacy and balance of public service resources can effectively promote residents’satisfaction with government services;the political outlook has a significant impact on rural residents,but has no obvious impact on urban residents.Among them,family economic level has a more significant impact on rural residents,and the political participation has a more significant impact on urban residents.Therefore,strengthening government service awareness,increasing residents’political participation channels,and providing more adequate and balanced public service resources are conducive to the construction of government public services.
