西门塔尔牛作为一种既能用作乳用又能用作肉用的大型牛类品种,在各个方面的性能较为均衡。西门塔尔牛在世界各地被广泛饲养,为养牛户带来较为可观的经济收益。该文主要针对西门塔尔牛饲养过程中的管理关键技术进行简单赘述,分别从西门塔尔牛的特点及西门塔尔牛的不同饲养阶段深入的分析,从而避免在饲养过程中由于疾病等问题造成的经济损失,促使相关工作人员掌握科学的饲养管理技术。

Simmental cattle,as a large breed of cattle that can be used for both dairy and meat,has a balanced performance in all aspects.As a result,Simmental cattle are widely raised around the world,which brings considerable economic benefits to cattle farmers.In this paper,the key management techniques in the Simmental cattle feeding process were briefly introduced,and the characteristics of the Simmental cattle and the different feeding stages of the Simmental cattle were analyzed,in order to avoid as far as possible in the feeding process due to disease and other problems caused by economic losses,so as to promote the relevant staff to master scientific feeding management technology.
