摘要
基于“海院1号”振荡浮子式波浪能发电装置的发电原理,设计了2个蓄能器交替工作来实现电能的稳定输出,并利用AMESim软件对蓄能发电系统进行建模仿真,研究系统中不稳定的压力油进入蓄能器,释放出稳定压力油来驱动双作用定量马达+双作用变量马达发电机组运转输出电能的过程。探究了在不同参数设置下蓄能器的压力变化和液压马达的转速变化,根据建模分析得出在输入信号频率5Hz、蓄能器容积50L、马达排量0.10L/r时,该波浪能发电装置能连续稳定地输出电能,证明了该发电装置存在2个蓄能器+2个液压马达发电机组的可行性与合理性,为“海院1号”波浪能发电装置的进一步参数优化提供参考。
Based on the power generation principle of"Haiyuan 1"oscillating buoy wave energy power generation device,it was proposed to use two accumulators to work alternately to achieve stable output of electric energy,and use AMESim software to model and simulate the energy storage power generation system,and study the process of the unstable pressure oil in the system entered the accumulator and then released the stable pressure oil to drive the double acting constant displacement motor+double acting variable displacement motor generator set to run and output electric energy.This paper explored the pressure changes of the accumulators and the speed changes of the hydraulic motors under different parameter settings.Based on the modeling analysis,it is concluded that the wave energy generating device can continuously and stably output electric energy when the input signal frequency is 5 Hz,the accumulator volume is 50 L and the motor displacement is 0.10 L/r.The feasibility and rationality of having 2 accumulators and 2 hydraulic motor generator sets in this generating unit were proved,which provided reference for further parameter optimization of"Haiyuan 1"wave energy power generation device.
