摘要
为提高采煤安全生产效率,消除采煤期间的瓦斯超限等安全隐患,锦富煤矿采用6100N·m小扭矩高精度ZYL-6100D定向钻机在2107回风巷距切眼590m处预施工5个145mm高位裂隙带走向长钻孔治理瓦斯,应用89mm大功率孔底马达匹配145mm钻头,实现一次成145mm大直径高位长钻孔。介绍了高位裂隙带走向长钻孔抽采瓦斯理论依据、定向钻进基本原理和一次成145mm钻孔的方法。钻孔抽采参数实测、上隅角瓦斯体积分数监测和2107工作面的安全高效回采,证明扭矩仅为6100N·m的钻机也可以实现大直径岩石钻孔,其钻进取决于孔底马达,与钻机扭矩无直接关联,145mm高位长钻孔适用于锦富煤矿的瓦斯综合治理,高效促进抽采掘衔接,具有极高的推广价值。2107工作面首阶段550m回采期间,5个145mm高位裂隙带走向长钻孔瓦斯抽采纯量从开采前的0m^(3)/min升高至最大16.5m^(3)/min,回风巷道瓦斯体积分数从0.67%降低到0.32%,具有极高的经济效益,是成本管理的良好方案,同时也可有效控制上隅角瓦斯超限,确保生产安全。
In order to improve the safety production efficiency of coal mining and eliminate the safety hazards such as gas overlimit during coal mining, Jinfu Coal Mine adopts ZYL-6100D directional drilling of 6 100 N·m torque with high accuracy to drill five long 145 mm boreholes into fracture zone strike at 590 m away from the cutting hole in 2107 return airway, and uses 89 mm larger power down hole motor to match 145 mm drill bit to carry out one-pass. This paper introduced the theoretical basis of gas drainage by long drilling along the strike of goaf fracture zone, the basic principle of directional drilling and the method of drilling145 mm by airway. The actual measurement of borehole drainage parameters, the monitoring of gas volume fraction at the upper corner and the safe and efficient recovery of 2107 working face have proved that the drilling machine with torque of only 6 100 N·m can also achieve large diameter rock drilling. Its drilling process is determined by the motor at the hole bottom, and has no direct relationship with the torque of the drilling machine. The 145 mm high level long hole is suitable for the comprehensive gas control of Jinfu Coal Mine, which effectively promotes the connection between extraction and tunneling, and has high promotion value.During the first 550 m mining period of 2107 working face, the gas drainage volume of the five 145 mm high level fracture zone strike long boreholes increased from 0 m~3/min before mining to the maximum of 16.5 m^(3)/min, and the gas volume fraction of the air return roadway decreased from 0.67% to 0.32%. It has extremely high economic benefits and is a good plan for cost management. At the same time, it can effectively control the gas overrun of the upper corner to ensure production safety.
