煤矿井下综采工作面瓦斯抽采技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 瓦斯问题一直是制约中国煤矿安全生产的重要因素。多数煤矿瓦斯含量均相对较高,特别是随着综采工作面开采强度的不断提升,单位时间内的绝对瓦斯涌出量处于较高水平。将玉溪煤矿1301工作面面临的瓦斯抽采问题作为研究对象,对1301工作面煤层瓦斯吸附常数和工业分析值、煤层瓦斯含量、瓦斯压力、透气性系数及钻孔自然瓦斯涌出特征进行了分析,重点研究了预抽采时间、钻孔直径、钻孔深度、钻孔间距、抽采负压等关键的抽采技术要点。从顺层钻孔瓦斯抽采效果、采空区瓦斯抽采效果、上隅角和回风巷抽采效果等方面对该次瓦斯抽采的效果进行了分析。该次技术应用整体取得了较好的瓦斯抽采效果。 The gas problem has always been an important factor restricting the safe production of coal mines in China. Most coal mines have relatively high gas content, especially with the continuous improvement of the mining intensity of the fully mechanized mining face, the absolute gas emission per unit time is at a high level. Taking the gas extraction problem faced by the 1301working face of Yuxi Coal Mine as the research object, this paper analyzed the gas adsorption constant and industrial analysis value of the 1301 working face, the gas content of the coal seam, the gas pressure, the permeability coefficient and the characteristics of natural gas emission from the boreholes, and focused on the key points of the extraction technology, such as the pre-extraction time, the diameter of the boreholes, the depth of the boreholes, the spacing between the boreholes, and the negative pressure of the extraction. And it analyzed the effect of gas extraction from the following aspects: the effect of gas extraction from the borehole along the seam, the effect of gas extraction from the goaf, the effect of gas extraction from the upper corner and the air return roadway. The technical application has achieved good gas extraction effect as a whole.
