摘要
由于孤岛工作面特殊的地质条件,在回采过程中往往会出现较为强烈的矿压显现现象,回采巷道变形量大,大能量事件频发,甚至会造成冲击地压事故。1310工作面为典型的两侧采空孤岛工作面,回采过程中巷道围岩变形量大,严重制约了工作面的正常生产,工作面回采巷道中生产设备前移过程中,需要刷帮、卧底才能进行,成为该矿亟待解决的难题。基于此,分析了1310孤岛工作面巷道围岩变形强烈的原因,提出改善巷道围岩支护参数、优化工作面推进速度等技术措施。经现场实践验证,所提出的技术措施能够较为有效地控制巷道围岩的大变形情况,为孤岛工作面回采巷道围岩控制积累一定的经验。
Due to its special geological conditions, the isolated island working face often has relatively strong rock pressur phenomena in the process of mining. The deformation of the mining roadway is large, large energy events occur frequently, an even lead to rockburst accidents. The 1310 working face is a typical island working face with two sides of goaf. During the minin process, the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway is large, which seriously limits the normal production of th working face. During the forward movement of the production equipment in the mining roadway of the working face, it is necessar to brush and undercover, which becomes a difficult problem to be solved urgently. Based on this, this paper analyzed the reason for the strong deformation of surrounding rock in 1310 isolated island working face, and put forward technical measures such a improving the support parameters of surrounding rock in the roadway and optimizing the advancing speed of the working face Through field practice, the proposed technical measures can effectively control the large deformation of surrounding rock in th roadway, which can accumulate some experience for the control of surrounding rock in the mining roadway of isolated islan working face.
