摘要
针对井下手工放煤效率低、危险性大、资源回收率低的难题,提出了一种新的煤矿井下智能化放煤控制技术。利用透地雷达实现了对顶煤厚度的实时监测,满足了对放煤量进行精确监测的需求;利用自动化数据监测及控制系统,实现了对放煤口的精确控制。实际应用表明,采用新的放煤控制系统能够实现对放煤口1.1s的快速反馈控制,对放煤量监测的精确性达到了0.2%,极大地提升了井下放煤控制的精度和可靠性。
Aiming at the problems of low efficiency, high risk and low resource recovery of underground coal discharging by hand, this paper proposed a new intelligent coal discharge control technology for underground coal mines. The real-time monitoring of top coal thickness is realized by using the land-penetrating radar, which meets the need of accurate monitoring of coal discharge quantity;the automatic data monitoring and control system is used to realize the precise control of coal outlet. The practical application shows that the new coal discharge control system can realize the rapid feedback control of the coal outlet for 1.1 s, and the accuracy of coal discharge monitoring is up to 0.2%, which greatly improves the precision and reliability of underground coal discharge control.
