金实从络论治银屑病关节炎经验

Experience of Jin Shi in Treating Psoriatic Arthritis from the Collaterals

银屑病关节炎是一种与银屑病相关的慢性炎症性关节病变,临床表现以皮肤症状及关节症状为主,属中医学“痹证”等范畴。金实教授在诊治银屑病关节炎方面积累了丰富的临床经验,从络论治其病因病机、治法方药,并提出凉血解毒蠲痹法治疗活动期银屑病关节炎,创立凉血解毒蠲痹方,取得显著临床疗效,为治疗银屑病关节炎提供了新方法。

Psoriatic arthritis(PsA) is a chronic inflammatory joint disease related to psoriasis. The clinical manifestations are mainly skin symptoms and joint symptoms, which belong to the category of “impediment syndrome” in TCM. Professor Jin Shi has accumulated rich clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of PsA,and discussed its etiology, pathogenesis, treatment methods and prescriptions from the perspective of collaterals,proposed the method of cooling blood to detoxification and eliminating rheum Bi to treat PsA in active stage, and created Liangxue Jidu Juanbi Prescription, with obvious clinical efficacy, which could provide new methods for the treatment of PsA.
