针灸治疗干燥综合征临床研究进展

Clinical Research Progress in Acupuncture for the Treatment of Sjogren’s Syndrome

干燥综合征是以眼干、口干为主要表现的自身免疫性疾病,病因复杂,发病隐匿,病情迁延,预后多不良。大量研究显示,针灸治疗干燥综合征能有效缓解口干、眼干症状,调节免疫,改善指标,且不良反应少,主要包括针刺、针药联合、刺络放血、电针、埋线、针刀、艾灸等疗法。本文对针灸治疗干燥综合征临床研究文献进行整理分析,为今后进一步深入研究提供参考。

Sjogren’s syndrome is an autoimmune disease with dry eyes and dry mouth as the main manifestations, with complex etiology, hidden onset, prolonged condition, and unsatisfied prognosis. A large number of studies have shown that acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of Sjogren’s syndrome can effectively relieve dry mouth and dry eyes, regulate immunity, improve indicators, and have few adverse reactions, including acupuncture,combination of acupuncture and medicine, bloodleting puncture, electo-acupuncture, catgut-embedding, acupotomy,and moxibustion, etc. This article collected and analyzed the clinical research literature on acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of Sjogren’s syndrome, in order to provide reference for further research in the future.
