小型化免温控被动调Q的DPL设计

摘要 文章针对小型化免温控被动调Q的DPL技术展开研究。通过仿真计算,合理选择泵浦波长,提高多波长泵浦效率。设计了稳定的谐振腔,小型化的机械结构。实现脉冲宽度5ns、单脉冲能量40mJ的1.06μm脉冲激光输出,峰值功率达到8MW,体积83mm×44mm×29.5mm,重量约为280g。在室温下实现20Hz重复频率连续工作60s60Hz连续工作10s,脉冲不稳定度≤5%。 In this paper,the DPL technology of miniaturized temperature-free passive Q-switched is studied.Through simulation calculation,the pump wavelength is selected reasonably and the pump efficiency of multi-wavelength is improved.A stable resonant cavity,miniaturized mechanical structure is designed.The output of 1.06μm pulse laser with pulse width of 5 ns and single pulse pulse energy of 40 mJ is realized.It has a peak power of 8 MW,a volume of 83 mm×44 mm×29.5 mm and a weight of about 280 g.At room temperature,it can work contin-uously for 60 s at 20 Hz reprtition rate and 10 s at 60 Hz reprtition rate,with pulse instability≤5%.
