摘要
文章基于紫外-可见吸收光谱技术检测饮品(苹果汁、红茶)中三种色素(胭脂红、日落黄和柠檬黄)的含量,获得对应的吸收光谱特征。根据饮品色素混合溶液吸收光谱特征的测量结果与分析,建立了特征峰强度与色素浓度之间关系的线性回归模型。研究结果表明,利用线性分析基于饮品色素混合溶液特征峰强度与色素浓度建立的回归模型具有很高的确定系数,均在0.98以上,有效实现了饮品中色素含量的无损检测。本研究能够满足快速分析的需要,为饮品中色素等添加剂的识别与检测提供了一种新途径。
In this paper,the content of three pigments(carmine,sunset yellow and lemon yellow)in drinks(apple juice and black tea)was detected by UV-vis absorption spectrum technology,and the corresponding ab-sorption spectrum characteristics were obtained.According to the measurement results and analysis of absorption spectrum characteristics of beverage pigment mixture solution,a linear regression model of the relationship be-tween the intensity of characteristic peak and the concentration of pigment was established.The results showed that the regression model based on the strength of characteristic peak and concentration of beverage pigment mix-ture solution established by linear analysis had high determination coefficients,all above O.98,which effectively realized the non-destructive detection of pigment content in beverage.This study can meet the need of rapid a-nalysis and provide a new way for the identification and detection of pigment and other additives in drinks.
