基于地理国情监测数据的质量控制方案研究

Research on Quality Control Scheme Based on Geographical Conditions Monitoring Data

为了提高地理国情监测成果数据质量,本文以辽宁省地理国情监测项目实践为依托,对地理国情监测时期与地理国情普查时期的异同点进行对比,同时对影响地理国情监测成果数据质量的关键因素进行了系统性的归纳与总结。参考地理国情监测的相关技术设计与规范,结合笔者参与的地理国情监测项目的实践经验,提出了地理国情监测数据的质量控制方案,为今后地理国情监测更加高效有序地开展提供参考。

In order to improve the data quality of geographical conditions monitoring results,based on the practice of geographical conditions monitoring project in Liaoning province,this paper compares the similarities and differences between geographical conditions monitoring period and geographical conditions census period,and systematically summarizes the key factors affecting the data quality of geographical conditions monitoring results.Referring to the relevant technical design and specifications of geographic condition monitoring,combined with the practical experience of the geographic condition monitoring project participated by the author,this paper puts forward the quality control scheme of geographic condition monitoring data,which provides a positive reference for the more efficient and orderly development of geographic condition monitoring in the future.
