摘要
针对黑土耕地资源管理中幅员辽阔、空间基准不一、精细化程度不高等问题,结合测绘地理信息数据和技术优势,通过本底数据制作、数据库建设、平台研建等关键技术,设计并实现了黑土耕地资源管理信息大数据平台,并给出实现方案,为黑土耕地资源管理与保护相关工作提供参考。
Aiming at the questions of vast territory,different spatial benchmarks,and low degree of refinement in the management of black soil cultivated land resources,combined with surveying and mapping geographic information data and technical advantages,through the key technologies such as foundation data production,database construction and platform development,the information big data platform for black soil cultivated land resource management was designed and implemented,and the implementation scheme was given to provide reference for the management and protection of black soil cultivated land resources.
