2012—2021年绍兴市生殖道沙眼衣原体感染流行病学特征

Epidemiological characteristics of genital Chlamydia trachomatis infections in Shaoxing City from 2012 to 2021

目的了解2012—2021年浙江省绍兴市生殖道沙眼衣原体感染流行病学特征,为完善生殖道沙眼衣原体感染防控策略提供依据。方法通过中国疾病预防控制信息系统传染病监测系统收集2012—2021年绍兴市生殖道沙眼衣原体感染病例资料,计算发病率,采用年度变化百分比(APC)分析发病率变化趋势,描述性分析生殖道沙眼衣原体感染病例的时间、人群和地区分布。结果2012—2021年绍兴市累计报告生殖道沙眼衣原体感染病例18235例,年均发病率为36.36/10万,2012—2021年发病率呈上升趋势,APC值为4.51%(t=2.663,P=0.029)。女性报告发病率为60.46/10万,高于男性的12.50/10万(χ^(2)=7935.467,P<0.001)。发病年龄以20~<40岁为主,13866例占76.04%;25~<30岁发病率较高,为154.23/10万。柯桥区和越城区发病率较高,分别为57.93/10万和51.78/10万。结论2012—2021年绍兴市生殖道沙眼衣原体感染呈上升趋势,女性和青年人群为主要发病人群。

Objective To investigate the epidemiological characteristics of genital Chlamydia trachomatis infections in Shaoxing City from 2012 to 2021,so as to provide the evidence for improving the control strategy of genital C.trachomatis infections.Methods Data pertaining of patients with genital C.trachomatis infections in Shaoxing City from2012 to 2021 were retrieved from Chinese Disease Prevention and Control Information System,and the incidence of genital C.trachomatis infections was calculated.The trends in incidence of genital C.trachomatis infections were analyzed using annual percent change(APC),and temporal,human and temporal distributions of genital C.trachomatis infections were descriptively analyzed.Results A total of 18235 cases with genital C.trachomatis infection were reported in Shaoxing City from 2012 to 2021,and the annual average incidence was 36.36/10^(5).The incidence of genital C.trachomatis infections appeared a tendency towards a rise in Shaoxing City from 2012 to 2021(APC=4.51%,t=2.663,P=0.029).The reported incidence of genital C.trachomatis infections was significantly higher among females than among males(60.46/10^(5)vs.12.50/10^(5);χ^(2)=7935.467,P<0.001),and 76.04%infections(13866 cases)occurred at ages of 20 to<40 years,while a high incidence rate of genital C.trachomatis infections was seen among patients at ages of 25 to<30 years(154.23/10^(5)).In addition,high incidence rates were seen in Keqiao District(57.93/10^(5))and Yuecheng District(51.78/10^(5)).Conclusions The incidence of genital C.trachomatis infections appeared a tendency towards a rise in Shaoxing City from 2012 to 2021,and the infection predominately occurred among women and young individuals.
