儿科护士对危重患儿院内安全转运知信行的现状调查

Investigation on knowledge,attitude,and practice of pediatric nurses on safe transportation of critically ill children in hospital

目的了解儿科护士对危重患儿院内转运知信行的现状,分析在临床中开展危重患儿院内安全转运管理策略的影响因素。方法2021年10—12月采用危重患儿院内转运知信行调查问卷对杭州市7所三级综合性医院180名儿科护士进行横断面调查,问卷内容包括儿科护士危重患儿院内转运安全管理的知识掌握、认知态度及行为规范(40个条目),满分40分,问卷内容效度为0.902。结果儿科护士对危重患儿院内转运知识、态度、行为的得分分别为(6.02±2.06)分、(6.80±2.60)分、(11.50±3.64)分,总分为(24.20±5.80)分。多元回归分析显示护理临床工作时间和护士所在的儿科场所是护士对危重患儿院内安全转运知信行总分的影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论儿科护士对危重患儿院内安全转运知识水平偏低,对危重患儿院内安全转运的态度积极,对危重患儿院内安全转运行为实践有所欠缺,新生儿室护士和临床护理工作时间小于5年的儿科护士对危重患儿院内安全转运知信行总体水平高于其他护士,护理管理者应加强和完善危重患儿院内安全转运的培训体系,提高儿科护士的知识和行为,通过积极有效的建设提高其对危重患儿院内安全转运的知信行水平。

Objective To understand the current situation of pediatric nurses’knowledge and practice of in-hospital transportation of critically ill children,and analyze the influencing factors of in-hospital safe transportation management strategies for critically ill children in clinical practice.Methods From October 2021 to December 2021,a cross-sectional survey was conducted among pediatric nurses in 7 third-grade A general hospitals and specialized hospitals in Hangzhou.The questionnaire included knowledge,attitude,and behavior(40 items)of pediatric nurses in hospital transportation safety management of critically ill children,with a full score of 40 points,as well as channels and influencing factors(3 items)to obtain knowledge.The content of the questionnaire was effective,the degree is 0.902.Results A total of 180 questionnaires were collected.The scores of knowledge,attitude,and behavior were(6.02±2.06),(6.80±2.60),(11.50±3.64),respectively,and the total score was(24.20±5.80).Multiple regression analysis showed that the working years of nursing and the type of pediatrics in which nurses work were the influencing factors of the total score of knowledge,attitude,and behavior of pediatric nurses for safe transportation in critical children’s hospitals(P<0.05).Conclusion Pediatric nurses have a low level of knowledge about safe transportation in hospital for critically ill children,a positive attitude towards safe transportation in hospital for critically ill children,and a lack of practice on safe transportation behavior in hospital for critically ill children.PICU nurses and pediatric nurses who have worked for less than 5 years have a higher level of knowledge and trust about safe transportation in hospital for critically ill children than other nurses.Therefore,nursing managers should strengthen and improve critical transportation.In order to improve the knowledge and behavior of pediatric nurses,a training system for safe transportation of children in hospital should be actively and effectively built.
